JOB PRICING
All projects/jobs have two separate aspects Material and Labour.

MATERIALS
Once we agree on a job, I work with you to write up a clear description including the specifications, material list and time-line to complete the project.  For efficiency and time saving I purchase all needed materials before beginning the work.  Pleae Note : The cost of the materials is paid upfront by the customer before I purchase the materials, before job begins.

LABOUR COSTS
25 years experience enables me to judge, in advance how much work is involved in order for me to complete a project. The price is for the work, not for the hours or days of time it takes to complete. I provide my customers with a written price for the entire job. If the job takes hours or days longer I will not change the price.

Sometimes a job take longer than expected, because I am particular regarding quality and want to get it right. The labour cost for a job is fixed and definite. Please understand that the cost of my labour is not negotiable. I do not start by giving you a high price to allow room for negotiating the price lower. The price quoted is always the final price.
